  I finished the 6 week challenge last week and I highly recommend Koko FitClub of Long Beach. The meal plan they gave me for this challenge worked wonders. The high intensity interval training classes were amazing and got my heart rate where it needed to be. The hi-tech strength training machines help you get the most out of each workout and teach you proper form. The trainers and owners Kim and Pamela are just top-notch people and very motivating to help you reach your goal. I was 5"11 220lbs when I started challenge on 2/5/18 and in just changing my diet and doing a few classes a week I was able to get down to 194lbs by 3/18/18! To sum it up, if you want to get into or a maintain a healthy lifestyle, Koko FitClub of Long Beach should be your #1 choice.
